Sabrina has been performing since she was seven years old. She wanted to be in the movies and asked her parents to let her audition. Her parents were supportive, but wanted to make sure that she could deal with the pressure and registered her in a pageant. Sabrina wowed the audience and proved to her parents that she had the "right stuff."
Sabrina Bryan her acting debut was opposite Angela Lansbury in the 1996 TV movie "Mrs. Santa Claus". She had also acted in several TV shows, most notably in several episodes of the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful in 2002.
Later,Sabrina Bryan became a member of the multi-platinum recording act, The Cheetah Girls, as well as a star of the hugely successful Disney Channel movie franchise of the same name.Sabrina's life completely changed when she was cast as "Dorinda" in the Disney Channel movie, THE CHEETAH GIRLS. "When they told me I had the part, I screamed so loud and immediately had to call my parents and tell them my amazing news!" When The Cheetah Girls movie debuted in August of 2003 it broke the ratings record as the most successful Disney Channel movie in history and the soundtrack sold 2 million units. The second movie The Cheetah Girls 2: When In Spain took back the ratings title from High School Musical in August of 2006 and the soundtrack has sold more than 1.6 million units so far. Sabrina reprised her role of "Dorinda" in The Cheetah Girls 3 set in India and to debut on the Disney Channel August 22, 2008.
On the fifth season of Dancing with the Stars, Sabrina was roundly considered the front-runner until being controversially eliminated in the sixth week of competition. In addition to having the highest first-episode score in series history, Sabrina and her dancing partner, Mark Ballas, were also the first couple to achieve the highest score of 30 in the fourth week of competiton, tying the record for fastest couple to reach the perfect score in all five seasons of the show. They were also the highest scoring couple of the series until their exit. Sabrina joined the Dancing with the Stars tour in the Winter of 2007/2008.
As a recording group with Adrienne Bailon and Kiely Williams, The Cheetah Girls completed one of the Top 10 most successful tours of 2006, selling out 87 dates and becoming one of the Top 5 merchandise selling acts in history. They also recently set the all-time record for the Houston Rodeo when they headlined in March, selling more than 73,000 tickets in record-setting time. Their first album as a recording group was "Cheetahlicious Christmas" which came out at the end of 2005. The girls have also been featured on the Chicken Little soundtrack with their rendition of "Shake A Tailfeather" and on various Disneymania compilations, many of which have been certified Gold. The Cheetah Girls first non-soundtrack "TCG" was released in September, 2007.
One of Sabrina's solo projects is the fitness-dance DVD called BYOU, on which Sabrina was the star and co-producer. BYOU was created so girls could have fun learning cool, hip dance moves and get fit at the same time. BYOU was released in early 2006 and has sold more than double-platinum. Sabrina performs three solo tracks on the soundtrack and her song "Byou" was on the Radio Disney Top 30 chart and was also featured on the Disney Records "Move It" compilation CD. "The BYOU experience has opened a whole world to me. I am so proud to tell kids about how to get healthy and have fun at the same time."
Sabrina takes her commitment to fit and healthy kids very seriously and she is the National Spokesperson for Healthy Kids Challenge, a leading school-based non-profit organization which promotes healthy eating and lifestyle to school-aged children all over the United States.
Sabrina is currently developing film, television, internet and book properties to star in and also to produce, and is also working on a solo album project. She is co-writing the book "Princess of Gossip" with top YA author Julia DeVillers for Pocket/MTV Books. The book was be released in October 2008.
She has been doing a tv hosting gig for Backstage DWTS for 4 seasons now.
Her movie If Ain't Broke,Break It came out recently and now is out for DVD to buy.
She just did some voice over parts for a character she plays Pamela Hamster on the animated series Fish Hooks.
